What happens next?

When we have received your return, we will verify the product and its packaging are returned in:

• Original condition 
• Showing no signs of wear or use

To ensure that product remains in unused condition, please use care when trying on garments and reuse protective packaging that arrived with your order. We recommend trying garments with no makeup or deodorant on to avoid any transfer of products. ELIETIAN reserves the right to deduct the refundable amount if item is not in original packaging, missing, altered or showing signs of wear.

Online purchases are valid for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please Note: All returns using our prepaid USPS return labels will incur a $6.99 fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.
